ACTFOR Performance specializes in project and program monitoring and evaluation, and large-scale field surveys, following internationally recognized standards and based on evidence to formulate concrete, operational recommendations. Since our inception, we have developed an excellent portfolio of project or program evaluations, thematic, mid-term or end-of-term evaluations, trust fund or funding mechanism evaluations.
ACTFOR Performance offers large-scale survey and fieldwork services: baseline or end-of-project survey, as well as monitoring studies and third-party monitoring.

Together with our national partners, we deploy teams in fragile countries to collect baseline data in schools, hospitals and clinics, agricultural facilities and hard-to-reach areas. We are among the external companies that have signed long-term agreements to be a Third-Party monitor (TPM) integrated as a part of UNICEF's monitoring system in Afghanistan and Lebanon.
