National Nutrition Strategy in the Democratic Republic of Congo

UNICEF mandated ACTFOR Performance to facilitate a participatory planning process to develop the national multisectoral nutrition strategy for the DRC, including an operational plan and detailed cost estimates. After a thorough document review and an international comparative study, our team held meetings with all stakeholders, organized strategic planning and operationalization workshops, and developed a financing model to estimate implementation costs in detail. Relevant stakeholders validated the proposed strategy at a national forum .
