Organizational Review of the Communication Support Centres (CSCs) in Buenos Aires, Cairo, Moscow commissioned by the Institutional Performance Management Unit of the International Committee of the Red Cross. The ICRC operated with four communication centres around the world and wanted to review the CSCs management model, capacities and practices and roles and responsibilities of the different stakeholders by examining their needs and expectations concerning the hub. The review focused on the capacity, performance and relevance of the CSCs and their mission with a focus on ownership, relationships with stakeholders, decision-making, accountability, budget management and efficiency-value added).
