ACTFOR Performance conducted a formative evaluation of the French Muskoka Fund, which aims to strengthen health systems to reduce maternal, neonatal, and child mortality across eight West and Central African countries. The initiative was launched following the G8 Summit held in Muskoka, Canada, in June 2010. The evaluation assessed the Fund’s relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, inter-agency coordination, and integration of gender, equity, and human rights dimensions.
